Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

When can I expect my piece to arrive?

Each creation is meticulously handcrafted with precision and care to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Due to the artisanal nature of our process and the exceptional craftsmanship involved, we kindly ask for your patience as we craft your piece to perfection.

Please allow up to 5 weeks for creation from the time your order is confirmed. This timeframe allows our artisans to devote the necessary time and expertise to bring your vision to life, ensuring that every facet of your jewelry piece meets our uncompromising standards of excellence.

Rest assured, we understand the anticipation of receiving your treasured jewelry item. Once your piece is completed, it will be promptly shipped using Fedex Express to ensure its safe arrival at your doorstep. Should you have any questions or require further assistance regarding the status of your order, our dedicated customer service team is always available to provide support and updates.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Is it possible to pay for expedited shipping?

For your convenience, all in-stock orders within the United States are shipped with complimentary 2nd-day delivery via FedEx Express.
