RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label. Please note that packages returned without a valid return authorization number cannot be accepted.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Anne Baker accepts merchandise for exchange or store credit only under the following conditions:

1. The item is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition.
2. Returns must be made in the original packaging.
3. Bespoke orders, sized or engraved items, and items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
4. Anne Baker reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

 

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased online may be returned to our New York atelier with the original receipt or gift receipt. Please ensure that all return items meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

 

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

 If you wish to exchange your item or receive store credit, please specify your preference when contacting us for the return authorization number. Exchanges and store credit will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

 

REFUNDS

Please note that Anne Baker does not offer refunds on returned items. Exchanges and store credit are the only options available for returned merchandise.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

 

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES

For up to a year after receiving your order, Anne Baker offers complimentary repair, polishing, and engraving services. Please contact us to arrange these services, providing your order details.
